Owner of Lane Welding & Fabrication
Lane Welding & Fabrication is a locally owned welding and custom metal fabrication company serving Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Spanish Springs, Fernley, and communities throughout Northern Nevada. Founded by Richard Lane, the company specializes in mobile welding, structural steel welding, custom fabrication, trailer repair, heavy equipment repair, handrails, guardrails, and specialty welding projects for residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial customers.
Born and raised in Northern Nevada, Richard is a third-generation welder and ironworker with more than 20 years of welding experience and over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, and industrial operations.
Growing up around the welding and ironworking trades inspired a lifelong passion for building, repairing, and fabricating steel structures that stand the test of time. Today, that same commitment to quality craftsmanship is the foundation of every project completed by Lane Welding & Fabrication.
Richard studied Welding Technologies at Truckee Meadows Community College and is a Certified Structural Welder with certifications in:
